New Horizon Child Care IT'S A SHAME “ NOT A GOOD CENTER.Money hungry.Do not care about the teachers or children. To many children in the class room. They say they are NACEY ACCERITED.WHICH I have worked in other NACEY centers and their teacher ratio were low because those centers cared about their teachers and children and the children education. Most of NEW HORIZON children need one on one Help. I think it is very sad that they are not getting the help they need I have talked to other staff that work at different location of new horizon and they are having the same problems with to many children in the classroom with many behavior problems, and special needs. Teachers see m to getting burn out. Because the center fail to \nhelp these children. Most NACEY centers ratio for teachers are 1-3 for Infants instead of 1-4 and 1-5 OR 6 FOR Toddlers. instead of 1-7.Preschool-1-8 instead of 1-10 but not in this new horizon their are children with ADHD, Autism and so on. So teacher are left with the standard ratio such as a toddler teacher 1-7 with at least 2 or more children in classroom with behavior. same goes for a preschool teacher 1-10 at least 2 children with behavior problems nothing getting done to help these children I see why new horizon go through teachers, no one stay at these centers. Plus they pay is very low for teachers.”
