Bright Start Daycare & Preschool is a non-profit daycare center serving children 6 weeks through 1st grade. Bright Start is run by a Board of Directors made up of parents. The Board is responsible for the overall operation and decision making of the center. The board appointed Director and Assistant Director of the daycare is given authority to manage the daycare with policies put in place by the Iowa Department of Human Services and the board.
