Located on a working urban farm, we help children learn about their world, where their food comes from and to become capable learners. They develop an awareness of the interconnectivity of all living things. A language rich environment & nurturing relationships with caregivers offer children the ideal setting for learning. Teachers provide children with freedom to explore many choices of learning materials according to their interest with opportunities to problem solve & use thinking skills at opportune times in their development. Children are encouraged to be leaders to promote positive behavior. Caregivers work together for the benefit of the children & demonstrate tolerance & a sense of community.
