Hello, my name is Shakie and I have a small group home childcare (3-5 children). I'm an Early Care Specialist, with over 20 years of experience, majority with toddlers over 2-6 years old. I have an ECE degree and am CPR and first aid qualified. Responsibilities: *Provide an age appropriate lessons plan. *Create activities to stimulate learning. *Organize and set up daily activity materials as determined by the lesson plan. *Develop outdoor activities to improve motor skills, coordination and physical health. *Provide healthy lunch and snacks. *Teach techniques for good hygiene.
